■Professional titles: 8 associate senior nurses, 204 charge nurses, 216 nurse practitioners, and 261 nurses.
■Educational background: 104 undergraduates, 313 of junior college graduates, 246 of technical secondary school graduates, among them 30 having passed CET-4
■Foreign exchange: 8 nurses have studied in the U.S.A and the UK, 5 are currently studying abroad, and 5 charge nurses have nursing administration exchange experience from Hong Kong.
■Awards: the Urology nursing unit has been awarded the“Model Women Workers” award by the MOH.
■Teaching: 300 students have their clinical practice in the department every year.
■Scientific Researches: 3 items of scientific research, over 100 theses on nursing.
