学科概述：
兰州大学第二医院肝胆胰外科是具有博士和硕士学位授予权
的省级重点学科，在省内外享有较高声誉。目前，开放床位68
张，肝胆胰外科研究所和博士后科研工作站设在本科。现有主任医师6名、副主任医师9名，博士后和博士生生导师1名、硕士生导师4名，博士后2名、博士4名、硕士10名，省级学术带头人3名。能熟练开展肝脏移植、各种肝叶切除术、门脉高压分流术、肝门部胆管癌切除术、胰十二指肠切除术，腹腔镜下肝叶切除术等高难度手术。在消化系统肿瘤发病机制、肝移植基础与临床、天然药物开发和肿瘤基因治疗等研究方面取得了突破性进展。98年后完成科研课题12项，其中7项获省级科技进步奖，SCI杂志发表论文10篇，国家核心期刊发表论文70余篇。共培养博士研究生4名，硕士研究生30余名。
Department of hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery in
Lanzhou University Second Hospital is a key subject in
Gansu province with popular reputations and degree
conferral rights for both of medical doctor and master. It has 68 sickbed together. Both of institute of
hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery and post-doctoral
scientific research station are established here. It has 3 provincial academic leaders, 5 clinical professors, 9
associate clinical professors, 1 postdoctoral fellow and doctoral student tutors, 4 graduate student tutors, 2 postdoctoral fellows, and 4 doctors with M.D. degree, 10 doctors with medical master degree together. Kinds of complex operations such as liver transplantation, all sorts of hepatoectomy, portacaval shunt operation,
resection of Klatskin tumor, Whipple operation, laparoscopy hepatoectomy are well developed and performed here. Rapid scientific progress has also been achieved in the fields of tumor molecular pathogenesis, gene therapy, liver transplantation, and natural medicine researche in recent years. A total number of 12 research projects have been successfully finished including 7 projects with
provincial rewards. Ten paper have been indexed by SCI and more than 70 papers have been published in national
academic journals. Four doctoral students and more than 30 graduate students have graduated from here.
